Hello Everyone! As you all know I haven't been able to post for a while, but I am so excited to start posting again. I have just been really busy these past few months with college classes and other things.
A few weeks ago we heard the parable of the vineyard workers in Matthew 20: 1-16. You can read the chapter for yourself. It is a very beautiful and powerful story and I don't want to paraphrase or summarize it because you can get much more out of it by reading the Holy Bible. Anyways, this passage really spoke to me a few days ago because it is common for people to get jealous of others. But we should be happy for them, especially when they get closer to God, because they are our brothers and sisters! We will all receive the same reward if we turn to God! When we get to heaven let us not be jealous of the people before us. Rather let us rejoice because just like the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32), our brother or sister has made it home!
